In 1910 George Adams opened a Butchers shop in Spalding Lincolnshire and became very respected for the quality meat and meat products he sold.

In 2010 George Adams shop is still on the same site as the first shop and still owned by the Adams family.

Today we make Lincolnshire Sausage and Hand Raised Pork pies to the same recipe that was used in 1910.

All of the meat sold in the shop and used in our prducts is sourced in Lincolnshire ( even the vegetables in the Lincs RedBeef pasties comes from Sleaford) and we are proud to be members of the Lincolnshire Quality Beef, Pork and Lamb scheme, so that we know which farm our meat has come from.

We also work in partnership with Spalding Farm Shop who stock some of our meat and Pork pies so that you can have locally grown vegetables with your meal that can be delivered to your door!
